ACE AND TATE

Getting glasses was a big deal for me. I remember at the age of nine dreading my appointment at the opticians. I'd put it off for ages, knowing full well that I was constantly squinting and sitting as close to the TV as possible. Sure enough I was told I needed glasses. It was something that really upset me and knocked my confidence. I felt sure that everyone would be looking at me, and with my buck teeth I really didn't need to add some purple wired frames to the mix.

Nowadays I seem to have done a complete 180. I love wearing my glasses. They're less hassle than my contact lenses and I often think of them as an accessory. It's strange how our confidence grows as we get older. I recently got this clear acrylic pair from Ace & Tate. They're very different from anything I've had before but I've been really enjoying the new style.
